1. Services Provided

Prominent Detailing LLC provides professional auto detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating services. We offer both in-studio services at our Vernon Hills location and mobile services at the client’s requested location.

2. Booking and Deposits

• Appointments: Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final service balance.

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Mobile Service Requirements

For mobile detailing services, the client must ensure:

• Access: We have clear access to the vehicle and enough space to work safely.

• Property Permission: You have the legal right to have detailing performed at the location provided.

• Utilities: While we carry our own water and power, in certain circumstances, we may request access to a standard electrical outlet or water spigot if equipment issues arise.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Estimates: All quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates. Final pricing is subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle (e.g., excessive pet hair, heavy staining, or biological waste).

• Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept [Cash, Credit Cards, Zelle, etc.].

5. Liability and Damages

• Pre-existing Damage: We perform a pre-service inspection. Prominent Detailing LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, such as loose trim, cracked paint, or failing clear coats.

• Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

• Limit of Liability: While we are fully insured and take every precaution, our liability for any damage caused during service is limited to the total cost of the service provided.

6. Ceramic Coating & Aftercare

Clients receiving ceramic coatings must follow the provided aftercare instructions (e.g., no washing for a specific period) to ensure the coating bonds correctly. Prominent Detailing LLC is not liable for coating failure due to improper client aftercare.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, you must notify us before the technician leaves the site or within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue.

8. Use of Media

We reserve the right to take “Before” and “After” photos and videos of your vehicle for quality control and marketing purposes (social media/website). We will make reasonable efforts to blur or hide license plate numbers unless otherwise agreed upon.
